On the 7th March 2019 I spoke at Business Technology Centre Stevenage for Sync Herts on "learning to lead" I will mention soeme of the topics within it later but for today I just wish to mention Service Leadership - basis on the High Performance Leadership Project in toastmasters international I provided 20 questions to help score people's current self assessment on these 6 aspects & plot on the above graphic. When I did two years ago I was OK on most but weakest on showing appreciation of others people's efforts. This exercise changed me!
